While the first day of spring has come according to the calendar, it seems much of the country still seems to be experiencing winter like weather. As a way to help brighten up your day and dethaw your mood we’re going to look specifically at a product to help you look smart once the weather cooperates. While we want you to look smart and be prepared we also want to make sure you spend smart because frivolous spending on something we’d classify as ‘nice to have, but not a need’ is plain irresponsible. So in preparation for the summer season, and bright skies, we’re going to take a look at the different options you have for sunglasses.
Your Sunglasses Options
I try to do as much shopping online as I possibly can, but optic-wear can be a little tricky because of the look and feel of the frames. I spoke very highly and consistently about the innovation of Warby Parker, but there’s other players in the game that are worth checking out if you’re shopping for sunglasses. Sunglass Hut is another great site because they too offer free shipping, fittings and returns so you can shop from the comfort of your home. Warby Parker has both men’s sunglasses and women’s sunglasses while you can search Sunglass Hut by brand, frame shape or trends. I’ve always been quite partial to Ray Ban, but here’s a few different pairs that I find appealing:
There’s all different shapes, styles, looks and feels, but ultimately you just want to get a pair that’s going to last and make you look smart in. If you want Warby Parker prices start at $95 for non-perscription polarized lenses while you can find pairs on Sunglass Hut for as low as $60. You don’t have to feel like you have to spend $600 on a pair and you can make sure you’re ready for the sun whenever it makes a more permanent stop in your local area.
